Please follow the steps below to upload your photos and provide the required information. This process ensures we receive your files cleanly and can properly credit your contribution.
Step 1 — Upload Your Photos Using WeTransfer Free
We accept:
- Up to 10 individual photos
- OR a single ZIP file containing your full set
- Maximum size: 2GB

After uploading, WeTransfer will generate a link. Copy that link — you’ll paste it into the submission form below.
Step 2 — Submit Your Contributor Information
Please provide the following information so we can properly review and credit your submission:
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Story Title / Event Name
- Your WeTransfer Download Link
- Any additional notes or context
Step 3 — What Happens Next
Once submitted, our editorial team will review your photos and contact you if your story is selected for publication. Not all submissions will be used, and publication is not guaranteed.
By submitting content, you confirm that you are the copyright owner and that you grant PhotoSlammers Media a perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to publish, display, distribute, and promote your submitted photos and text across our platforms, including areas of the site that may be monetized or placed behind a paywall.
All submissions are voluntary and unpaid. You understand and agree that you will not receive financial compensation, revenue share, royalties, or payment of any kind now or in the future, regardless of how or where the content is displayed, including on paid or members‑only sections of the site.
You retain full copyright ownership of your work and may continue to use it elsewhere.
